» The priority objective of Fytasa's Continuous Improvement Plan is stipulated as strict fulfilment of the Prevention of Occupational Hazards Act. This means that the entire organisation and all of its hierarchical levels undertake to implement the requirements stipulated by the said Act with a view to keeping the accident rate as low as possible.
» Fytasa has taken out a Prevention Service for 4 hazard prevention related specialities with the Vizcaya Industrial Mutual Society: Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomy and Psycho-psychology and Health Surveillance.
» At the end of the day, well aware of the importance of the subject, Fytasa's Hazard Prevention Policy endeavours to ensure the backing of improved working conditions aimed at raising health and safety protection standards and at keeping the accident rate to a minimum.
