» FYTASA POLSKA Sp. z o. o. is a limited liability polish company with a 9.900.000 zloty capital, and its 100% belongs to FYTASA FUNDICIONES S.A. (Elorrio).
FYTASA POLSKA´s head office address is in Zlota Street 191 / 195 B in 42-200 CZESTOCHOWA – Poland.
It´s dedicated to the cast iron, in a aproximately 11.500 m2 surface, relying with two buildings, one for the foundry itself and the other for verification and shipments storing.
Also has a electric substation of its own with a 1.500m long electric cable connection.
His melting element are two cupolas 700 mm in diameter, has a vertical molding machine DISA 2013 A, with a cooling line of 60 meters. It also has two male blowers hot box machines, LORAMENDI 6.5 liter and 8 respectively. Its production of iron can reach the 3,000 tons of properly done pieces year working in one shift.
The versatility of the industrial plant allows to produce gray iron, nodular iron (GS), compact graphite iron (CGI), or other compositions or alloys.
